Ken Yeung graduated from the College in 1982, and is the incumbent director and CEO of the publicly-traded technology and media company Tom Group. Projects under the Tom Group umbrella include the publisher Cite Media Holdings, the social media platform Pixnet, and Ule, an online shopping service in mainland China. Tom Group is itself a member of the Hong Kong conglomerate, CK Hutchison Holdings.

After graduating from St. Paul’s, Yeung furthered his studies in the United States, where he was an engineer for Sun Microsystems before returning to Hong Kong. In 1999, he co-created the dot-com company 36.com together with past Paulines. It was once listed as part of the Growth Enterprise Market on Hong Kong’s stock exchange. Yeung was appointed to his current position in 2008.

In addition to corporate work, Yeung is also a mentor on the College’s mentorship programme, helping current students find their future career.
