Pioneering Paulines

Anthony Lee graduated from St. Paul’s College in 1958. He is currently the manager and director of Union Hospital and is a practitioner himself, specialising in rheumatology. Between 2012 and 2018, Lee chaired the Hong Kong Private Hospitals Association.

After graduating from the College, Lee was awarded a government scholarship to study medicine at the University of Hong Kong. After graduating, Lee lectured at his alma mater. Lee later went to Australia on a Commonwealth scholarship and took part in immunocyte and cancer research in the USA from 1974 to 1975, returning to Hong Kong thereafter. Lee has since served as a consultant for Queen Mary Hospital and opened his private practice in 1978, with offices in Hong Kong and Melbourne. He was appointed to his current position in 1996.

李繼堯在一九五一年入讀聖保羅書院，於一九五八年畢業，現任仁安醫院院長及醫務總監，專門研究風濕病學。在二〇一二至一八年間曾出任香港私家醫院聯會主席。

李氏畢業聖保羅書院後考獲政府獎學金，就讀於香港大學醫學院，大學畢業後任教於港大。後考獲英聯邦獎學金前往澳洲深造，一九七四至七五年間在美國硏究免疫細胞和癌症。回港後，李氏於瑪麗醫院擔任內科顧問，在一九七八年起於香港及墨爾本私人執業，最後自一九九六年起出任現職。
